1) Arrive in Lucknow and check into your hotel.

2) Spend the day exploring Lucknow’s attractions, such as Bara Imambara, Chota Imambara, Rumi Darwaza, and the beautiful gardens like Ambedkar Memorial Park and Hazratganj. Enjoy some delicious Lucknow cuisine, known for its kebabs and biryanis.

 After breakfast, travel from Lucknow to Naimisharanya, located approximately 150 kilometres away. Naimisaranya is a sacred pilgrimage site known for its association with Hindu mythology. Visit the Chakra Tirtha Temple and Lalita Devi Temple, Explore the tranquil surroundings and immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere.

After breakfast, proceed to Ayodhya, which is about 190 kilometres from Naimisharanya. Ayodhya is a significant religious destination for Hindus and is associated with Lord Rama. Visit the Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, and other temples in the city. Take part in evening aarti (ritual) at the banks of the Sarayu River.

Explore the rich flora and fauna of the region, spot different species of birds, and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature. Visit the Ramghat, Kamadgiri Temple, Hanuman Dhara, and the Bharat Milap Mandir. Take a leisurely walk along the banks of the Mandakini River and enjoy the serene surroundings.

After breakfast, travel to Varanasi, which is around 240 kilometers from Chitrakoot. Varanasi, also known as Kashi, is one of the oldest living cities in the world and a major spiritual center. Explore the ghats (steps leading to the river) along the Ganges, visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, and take a boat ride during the evening Ganga Aarti.

Spend the day exploring Varanasi further. Visit Sarnath, where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Explore the narrow lanes of the old city, visit the famous Banaras Hindu University (BHU), and indulge in some shopping for silk sarees and handicrafts. Witness the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti once again in the evening.

On your final day, you can visit a few remaining attractions in Varanasi, such as the Assi Ghat or the Ramnagar Fort, depending on your flight or train departure time. Bid farewell to the city and proceed to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
